Senior Associate

Giacomo Lauria has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2024 and has gained solid experience in civil, tax, commercial and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and litigation in corporate and tax matters.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Pisa, an LL.M. in Business Law from LUISS School of Law, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in “Markets, Business and Consumers” at Roma Tre University. 

Giacomo advises companies and corporate groups on the structuring and execution of extraordinary transactions — including mergers, demergers and acquisitions — as well as on the drafting and negotiation of corporate and transactional documents, such as share purchase agreements (SPAs), shareholders’ agreements, by-laws, board and shareholders’ minutes, cash pooling agreements and intercompany loan arrangements. 

He also supports family-owned businesses in succession planning and the design of governance structures, through instruments such as holding companies, trusts and family agreements. 

He regularly takes part in conferences and seminars on corporate law, commercial law and financial markets. 

He speaks fluently Italian and English.
