Alessio Costantini is an Italian Lawyer practising Transportation and Aviation Law, Commercial Law and Corporate since 1997. After having served as Director of Legal and Legislative Departments of Trade Associations of the Tourism Sector, he has been Partner of prominent Law Firms like Studio Tosato & Associates International Law Firm and Studio Legale Cannata – Pierallini & Associati. Mr. Costantini has been Visiting Professor of Tourism and Transportation Law at the post-lauream Master of the LUISS University in Rome and at the Course in Business Management of the Calabria University.

Mr. Costantini has participated to several Consultation Committees and Groups established by Ministries, Public Entities and the EU Commission for the implementation and review of laws and regulations.

He has been member of the Board of Directors of “ECTAA” (the European Travel Agencies and Tour Operators Association) with office at Bruxelles.

From July 2019 and nowadays is Chairman of the Italian Helicopter Association (AEI), main Trade Association of the Helicopter companies operating in the Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), in the fire-fighting Services and in the Helicopter transportation.

He is member of the Board of Governors of EHA – European Helicopters Association, the European Association whose members are the National Organizations of the helicopter operators.

From March 2021 Mr Costantini is Of Counsel at Studio Legale Pierallini, focusing his practice on Aviation and Transportation Law. He provides advice to clients across the whole of the international transportation and tourism sector, including antitrust and regulatory advice; litigation and dispute resolution and corporate issues.
